Overall health starts with physical activity
About / My mission
Sport and physical activity have always been part of my life; I graduated from McGill University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. As an accredited member of the Federation of Kinesiologists of Quebec, I have worked in several fields of kinesiology, including fitness, performance training, adapted physical activity and physical and cardiac rehabilitation with a varied clientele. Based in Mont-Tremblant since 2013, I worked as the coordonator of the cardio room from the opening of the Complexe Aquatique Mont-Tremblant until 2020, where I developed an expertise and in-depth knowledge of the needs of the 50+ clientele.
I am passionate about movement and your well-being is at the heart of my interventions. My mission is to help you keep or regain fitness by prescribing exercises adapted to your needs that will allow you to maintain or improve your quality of life, regardless of your age or your physical condition. By being well supervised, by emphasizing the correct understanding and execution of the movement and by working at the right intensity, you will get results much faster.
Why choose a kinesiologist
A kinesiologist is the health professional that specializes in physical activity and uses movement for the purposes of prevention, treatment and performance.
A kinesiologist has a university degree (Bachelor of Science) and is represented by the Federation of Kinesiologists of Quebec.
Reimbursement of services
In addition, only accredited members of the Federation of Kinesiologists of Quebec, of which I am a member, can issue receipts for reimbursement of kinesiology services. Check with your insurance company to see if kinesiology costs can be reimbursed.
